Linda Mooring - Proprietor Originally a Concert Artist for Wurlitzer Organs & Pianos Australia Linda started her music career at the young age of 16 years. It was shortly after this she was appointed as a sales representative for B.B. Whitehouse & Co, one of Queensland's oldest Piano retailers in the early 1980's. Quickly her career advanced to management and furthered into her own successful local Piano business in the mid 1990's. With over 20 years dealing with Pianos in the local market here on the Gold Coast Linda can boast to have the most experience in offering Gold Coasters the correct advise every time. Linda continues her support in the music community offering regular student recitals to assist in student confidence and development. For our local teachers we offer teacher workshops and forums to keep everyone abreast of new methods in teaching and product knowledge. Gold Coast Pianos & Music proudly sponsor all local piano events including the Queensland Piano Competition, Gold Coast Eisteddfod and the ASKM Open Piano Competition. He has extensive experience and knowledge with keyboard instruments in the upright, grand and digital format and is available on weekends and some weekday mornings to assist you with this major purchase. His many years as a musician and teacher are invaluable in providing the right advice in selecting the best instrument for your budget, needs and space. Stewart is also available to provide assistance in the selection of music, and has experience with exam syllabi and tertiary music requirements. He holds a Bachelor of Music in piano performance. |
